Participants will learn how to position themselves effectively within the organization, strengthening both their technical and relational skills. A significant focus is placed on communication, stress management, and time management, helping controllers balance their responsibilities while maintaining strong relationships with operational staff. Through role-playing, self-assessments, and real-life simulations, participants will enhance their ability to influence, argue convincingly, and facilitate meetings, ultimately becoming more confident and effective in their advisory role.
